Terms of use

The conditions for using TCG Constructor and its account.

Last revised: October 4, 2026

Acceptance

By using TCG Constructor you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We may update them; the date of the last revision is shown above.

The service

TCG Constructor offers, for free, card catalogs, a deck builder, meta, prices, news, simulators and tutorials for twelve card games. The data comes from external sources, is updated periodically and may not instantly reflect every set, rules change or ban list. Prices are indicative.

Your account

The account is free and lets you save your decks, favorites and progress. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done from your account. You must use a real email address of your own and be at least 14. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing tcgconstructor@gmail.com.

Your username can't impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

  • Don't try to access restricted areas, other people's accounts or the database.
  • Don't use bots or scrape content massively or automatically in a way that affects the service.
  • Don't use the site to send emails to other people or to get around its security measures.

Intellectual property

The design, code and brand of TCG Constructor belong to its owner. The games, their names, cards and images belong to their owners; TCG Constructor is an independent project with no relationship to them.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it always available and accurate, but there may be interruptions (for example, for maintenance) or errors in the data. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for damages arising from the use of the site.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the laws of your place of residence.
